Renew body, mind and spirit through gentle movement and breath work.
Pamela Gibson is an Australian Yoga teacher who has practised yoga for over ten years and has been teaching since 2005.
She completed her two-year teacher training course in 2004 at Torrensville Yoga Studio (Yoga Spirit Studios) under the guidance of Rebecca Richards, qualifying her as a Level 1 Hatha yoga teacher and a member of Y.T.A.A.
Pam then moved to Robe, S.A. and began teaching classes throughout the Limestone Coast. During this time she also received further teacher training from master yoga teacher Ravi Jothi, founder of Arpardi Breathing, and was taught various Pranayama (breathing) techniques.
She was invited by Dru Yoga Australia to do teacher training and completed her three year course in 2012 qualifying her as a Dru yoga teacher enabling her to teach worldwide.
Combining therapeutic yoga (deep stretch) with Dru-style yoga, her classes consist of the flowing sequences; classical postures, energy block release sequences, core stability and postural alignment. The classes are taught along with Pranayama, relaxation and meditation.
Her teaching focuses on the vital breath and subtle body awareness during classes and invites students to experience a true connection between body, mind and spirit during their practice.
